Koontz construction has installed at least 10 roofs for me at various rental properties. I highly recommend them. They guarantee their work, clean up completely when they’re done, and I think their prices are reasonable.

Julio was great to work with and the job was done professionally. The workers were friendly and cleaned everything up. We are very pleased with our new gutters and the ease of working with a great company.

Koontz construction replaced the flat roof portion on my house. They did a good job and cleaned up the worksite. To anchor the rubber roof material, they started out with a raw aluminum metal to secure the rubber roof material which was visible from the street. The raw aluminum was stark and ugly contrast with black iron railings on the house. Without me saying anything, they replaced the aluminum strip with black metal anchor that match with the black railings. One of the guys indicated that they didn’t feel the raw aluminum strip was appropriate and didn’t want it to be associated with their company. Also, while they were working on the flat roof, they noticed one of the clay tiles on the roof had slipped out of place. They brought it to my attention and made the necessary repair at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Koontz as high quality company to handle your roofing needs.

Koontz construction is awesome, I am a contractor and I don’t do anything on roofs. Every time I ever have a roof problem whether it is a leak, tree damage or needing a new roof I call sherry and she sends the guys out. They do a great job for a Reasonable price. I had a new roof installed on our home. The price was fair and exactly what I was quoted with no hidden costs. P.J helped us out by advising what color shingles would look best with the color of our house and Julio was very good with communicating what would be done in the process of the repair and the amount of time it would take. The quality of their products, craftsmanship, and professionalism is outstanding! I will definitely use Koontz with any future repairs or upgrades!

Koontz did an absolutely wonderful job with my skylight (upstairs study) and solar tube (kitchen). It is amazing how much natural light I have that I didn‘t have before. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and efficient they were: They did it all on one day (plus the next morning for interior work). The price struck me as reasonable, although I confess that I don‘t know what other companies charge. If I ever need another skylight in the future I won‘t hesitate to contact Koontz. Excellent workmanship!

Koontz Construction has repaired our roof twice now after wind damage, and they always do an excellent job. They have even gone above and beyond by trimming a few tree branches for free that were scraping the roof and cleaning up the resulting debris when they finished. We really appreciated that kind of customer service!

I had a tree limb punch a hole through my roof. Koontz came highly recommended by several people in my community, so I gave them a call. I was shocked & thrilled by the estimate; much lower than I had anticipated! They were able to finish the roof & install new guttering while I was at work. I came home to a beautiful new roof and new gutters. There was very little debris left behind, the house looks great, and it didn’t break me. The people I spoke to were friendly & helpful. We bought a house where replaced windows were not put in correctly. They came in and in 3 hours were able to MAKE framing to make the windows and 1 door not only look nice, but stop the leaking. And they were 3 very nice workman too! Very pleased and would use them again.
