Josh Koontz has been building fine custom homes since 1990, and his experience shows in the quality of the homes he builds.
Josh started building custom homes working with his grandfather Richard Helms, owner of Helms Construction and a highly skilled craftsman.
In 2003, Josh used the knowledge passed on by his grandfather and began his own business, opening Koontz Construction, LLC. Koontz Construction specializes in top quality custom built and ready for occupancy pre-built homes. As a member of the Monroe County Building Association, Koontz Construction LLC adheres to the Indiana Quality Assurance Builder Standards.
Josh was born and raised in Monroe County and is a 1994 graduate of Edgewood High School.
